KTZR: An Interview with Jim O’Heir

I was lucky enough to get the chance to talk to Jim O’Heir, an actor most people know from Parks and Recreation. On the show, Jim plays Jerry, the bullied worker who, although is the most clumsiest man in the office, goes home to a beautiful wife every day. In the interview, Jim and I talk about his work on the show, his career in TV, as well as what it was like working with Dick Van Dyke and several other actors he’s had the pleasure of working along side. We also discuss the status of television as a whole, from how ratings work to what goes on behind the scenes.

Perhaps one of the nicest guys I have ever talked to, Jim gave me great insight about one of my favorite shows on TV right now. Enjoy the interview and also check out his video he did recently on the Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where he personally takes on Abercrombie & Fitch.

If the embedded interview does not work, you can follow this link and listen.

  • GREAT stuff buddy!!! Awesome interview and good questions. He sounds like such a cool guy and he looks a bit like Carroll O’Connor in that pic above. Bob Newhart for the win!
