KTZR: Superman, Batman, and The Justice League, Oh My!

The DC Universe is slowly being created at Warner Brothers, as the studio feels obligated to “catch up” with Marvel and the work they have done. In doing so, several things are being rushed into production leaving a lot of the fans with questions and concerns.

Nick, Vivek, and Colin all sit down and discuss the DC universe at large and how they believe Warner Brothers can put its puzzle together and produce some incredible films. The discussion starts off with the Ben Affleck casting as Batman, leading into ideas for the Man of Steel sequel and the build up to The Justice League. Of course, the DC universe is much more than Superman and Batman, so the conversation naturally continues on about Wonder Woman, The Flash, and more.

Great podcast guys. I like the fact that you guys pointed out Affleck will be such a great asset to DC and WB with writing and directing. I haven’t mentioned this yet, but you guys brought up Matt Damon as a villain. I would love for him to play The Riddler.
Flash is actually a pretty cool character, but I was hoping Chris Pratt could play him. That’s definitely not happening now.
    I think that’s it… it’s been a few hours since I listened.

+1 here. I’d go see that.

Thanks, man. And yeah, I think it was Nick who made the point that Marvel has snatched up all the ripe hero talent from DC and Pratt is absolutely one of them. It’s still amazing that we’re getting a hero like Rocket Raccoon before we get the goddamn Wonder Woman.
